HOW TO MAKE IT
Mix with mashed ripe banana, eggs, and your fat of choice — coconut oil or butter both work. Pour into a 8 x 8 pan or lined muffin tin. Bake at 350°F for 22–25 minutes for muffins, 45–50 for a loaf. The house will smell exactly right. Let it cool before cutting if you can.
